Since the flooring was a glued down tile, it would have to be completely replaced. The old laminate flooring was the type that had nice visuals, but was nothing more than a flat board with an image on it. It was replaced with beautifully textured flooring that had stunning visuals and felt like the wood flooring it was emulating. I asked the installer what brand of LVT he was using and I was told it wasn’t LVT, it was laminate.
Amazingly, the pricing hasn’t changed much even with the new look and feel. Maintenance is still the same. Laminate can’t be exposed to water for any real length of time, because it will start to disintegrate.
Laminate tile flooring is now even more of an economic material than it once was, because if you wanted the textures of wood or natural stone, you had to upgrade to LVT. Laminate can now replicate those textures and save you money while doing it. At Denrich Flooring we have a complete selection of laminate tile flooring, as well as the expert staff to help you navigate your choices.
